What if the car owes nothing?
The balance sits in escrow on the plate card and pays the next ticket the moment one lands. Clean cars build a cushion.
Can I put anyone's plate in a description?
You can, and people do. The registered owner can opt out at any time, and the fees accrued are burned instead.
Which agencies do you cover?
Parking, tolls, camera fines and the late fees on top of them, in every city that lets a third party pay a citation. Court fines are not on the list.
